Operators, riggers, banksmen, lift supervisors, drivers, technicians and HSE officers. We vet you once, hold your certificates and equipment competency on file, and put you forward when a project needs your skills. You are not an employee and we do not promise work.
The same six checks for a job and for the network.
We check operator, rigging, banksman, lift supervision, HSE and first aid certificates back to the body that issued them wherever that body can be reached, and we record the certificate number, the issue date and the expiry date. Bring the original document, not a photograph of a photograph.
Drivers need the driving permit classes the vehicle requires, valid and in date. Staff transport drivers need the public service class.
We record competency by machine, not by job title. Category, make, model, capacity class, and when you last ran one. We record whether your three years were on a 25-tonne truck crane or a 160-tonne all-terrain.
Where you worked, when, on what projects, on what machines, and at least one referee we can telephone.
Fit for the work, including work at height where the role requires it.
The thing we cannot train quickly. We want people who stop a job that is not right, report a near miss that hurt nobody, and fill in the pre-use check every time.

For operator and driver roles, an assessment on the machine or vehicle class you are applying for.
Identity, licences, certificates, work history and references, and a medical where the role requires one
Written terms, then induction on our safe systems of work, PPE, stop-work authority and incident reporting before the first shift
With dates, employers, projects and the machines you operated.
A copy of your national ID or passport, and your driving permit if the role needs one.
Copies of your certificates and licences with the expiry dates visible, and a list of the equipment you are competent on with make, model and capacity.
With their position, company and telephone number.
